CODE OF CONDUCT

FOR FANS/ATTENDEES

Wrestlers' Lab is committed to ensuring the comfort and safety of everyone attending our events or engaging with our social media. In an effort to provide fans/attendees with the opportunity to reflect on and correct their behavior, we will be utilizing a three-strike system for what we deem minor offenses.

THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT MINOR OFFENSES AND WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL AND A PERMANENT BAN FROM WRESTLERS' LAB EVENTS: racism/bigotry, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, discrimination against gender non-conforming individuals, sexual harassment/assault, or any other illegal activitiesWe are not interested in your patronage.

STRIKE ONE: The individual(s) will be approached and informed of how their behavior violates our code of conduct. A discussion regarding the incident may take place in order to clear the air and avoid a strike. In either event, detailed records will be kept. If names are not known or willingly provided, physical descriptions will be made. If any fans are willing to go on record, eyewitness accounts will be documented to give us a more well-rounded idea of what took place.

STRIKE TWO: At this point, the individual(s) will be approached again and subject to being asked to leave the event with no refund. Detailed records of this encounter, as well as any eyewitness accounts offered, will be kept and utilized to make a decision about the individual(s) ability to attend future events.

STRIKE THREE: You will be asked to leave the premises without a refund and permanently banned from all future Wrestlers' Lab events.

Please note that these strikes are applicable across multiple events. Offenders do not receive a clean slate at a different Lab event.

FOR OWNERSHIP/STAFF/TALENT/CREW

First and foremost, abusers or otherwise toxic individuals will never under any circumstances be booked on or permitted to attend Wrestlers' Lab events. Talent booked for each event will be required to clear guests with management. We reserve the right to immediately eject (no three-strike system) any owners, staff, volunteers, talent, crew, significant others, or family members - if applicable, without pay - should their behavior violate the code of conduct.

IN CLOSING
